15-Minute Core Blaster -15 minutes of  ab work toning and sculpting that core like never before! This class is for all levels of fitness. 

Aerobic Cardio - A solid cardio conditioning workout featuring a mix of high and low impact movements. Main Objective: Promotes fat burning and cardiovascular conditioning.  

Aerobic Kickboxing - A low impact, high-energy workout using a combination of karate and boxing moves that will take your workout to the extreme in fat burning, toning, and firming! Hand wraps are mandatory for this class; you can purchase them at Lady Fitness for $10.00. Main Objective: Promotes fat loss, solid cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, and flexibility. 

Basic Step - Non-stop step aerobics, which is perfect for beginners or those who do not like complicated choreography. Main Objective: Promotes fat loss and cardio conditioning.

Butt n’ Guts - A conditioning class that focuses on the gluteus, legs and hips and abs. This class is 30 minutes long. Main Objective: Toning, firming and strengthening.

Extreme Step - 45 minutes of high energy and pure fun stepping!  

Express Step -  A 30-minute non-stop step aerobic class with fun choreography and great music. Main Objective: Promotes fat loss and solid cardio conditioning.

Extreme Sculpting - Toning, firming and strengthening the upper and lower body using different equipment such as free weights, body bars, tubing, bands, etc. This class is for all levels of fitness. 

Basic Pilates - A conditioning class that focuses mainly on your “power house” or “core body,” which consists of your abs, back, and gluteus. Learn the basic moves of Pilates. Main Objective: Strengthening, toning, and firming.

Pilates - A conditioning class that focuses mainly on your “power house” or “core body,” which consists of your abs, back, and gluteus. Main Objective: Strengthening, toning, and firming. 

Power Hour - Circuit style class in which you will alternate bursts of step aerobics with weight sculpting segments and 15 minutes of ab work at the end. Promotes fat loss and overall body conditioning. 

Pump and Sweat - A 45 minute class of extreme fat burning and conditioning all in one! This is a cardio class as well as a toning and firming class. Hi low aerobics, instensity bursts and weight training mixed in together.

TBC - Total Body Circuit is a one hour class of extreme energy output working every major muscle group in your body as well as getting your cardio workout! Combining 2-3 minutes of intense cardio, one upper body exercise, one lower body exercise and one core exercise then repeating 10 to twelve times. 

Upper Body Strength Training - A toning, firming and strengthening class for upper body only.  

Yoga - Bringing the mind and the body back together as one! This class is a MUST for everyone. Get more oxygen into your body, boost your metabolism, strengthen, tone, firm, helps one be more flexible, and relaxed; great stress reliever and back strengthener. Yoga mat is required for this class.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion - A nice blend of pilates moves mixed in with the stretching and relaxation of Yoga.
